The story of Dragon Ball Horizon is set in an alternative universe that strays away from the original events of the Dragon Ball series.
Our story is set 200 years after the Tournament of power, Age 980.

In this reality, most planets have been allied for centuries under a faction called the Universal Syndicate of Defense (USD), a galactic organization whose purpose is to help protect the galaxy from vicious threats that lurk throughout space. The alliance has been intact for over 70 years, giving different lifeforms the opportunity to travel to different planets and adjust to a new lifestyle if chosen to.

The planets under the alliance are Earth, Namek, Vegeta, and many more. Frost has once been under the treaty, but was quickly removed after the major faction of the planet, the Planet Trade Organization, has breached the alliance by secretly enslaving other planets. At the time, Frost was deemed as one of the main planets of the universe that was no longer affiliated with the USD.

However within the last decade, planets begin to break down. Namek was forced out of the alliance as the PTO invaded the planet and overwhelmed forces to the point where the USD was forced to relocate to a more secluded area where they won't be tracked down. Their numbers weren't as large prior to the take over, however they try their best to recruit people to the better side.

On Vegeta, a coup d’etat is rumored to be in the works. Earth has its fair share of trouble in regards to the Red Ribbon Army, who at the current moment is known to produce androids for authoritative and military organizations, planning world domination, and soon planning to take over the universe.

With the PTO on the rise and conflict arising within the planets, the USD worries that the universe won’t hold its peace any time soon. In this alternative reality, where do you stand?
